2019 was rough man. Here are some of my tried and true favorites that helped me through the year.

If you’re hungry, almond butter and oats contain a high amount of healthy fats that will sustain you until your next meal. If you’re craving sweets, the dark chocolate chips and honey will surely hit the spot. And, if you’re bored, well this will give you about two minutes worth of stimulation.

Anyway, between comically oversized sunglasses and religious SPF application to overpriced serums and more face masks than a normal human would ever realistically go through, skincare has quickly become a huge part of my day to day routine...Unfortunately, try as I might, I’ve yet to discover a way to fight time. Getting old sucks for everyone regardless of wealth, status, or skincare regimen.
